Invoice Management
Viewing Invoices
All invoices are listed in Settings > Billing > Invoices. Each entry shows the billing date, amount, plan name, and payment status. Click any invoice to view a detailed breakdown of base charges, overage fees, and applicable taxes.
Downloading Receipts
Click the Download PDF button on any invoice to get a printable receipt. You can also set up automatic receipt forwarding to an accounting email address in Billing Settings. Invoices follow standard formatting accepted by most accounting software.
Updating Billing Information
To update your payment method, billing address, or tax ID, go to Settings > Billing > Payment Method. Changes apply to the next invoice. You can store multiple payment methods and set one as the default.
For Enterprise customers, we support invoicing via PO (purchase order) and bank transfer. Contact your account manager to set this up.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, huhu.ai retries the charge three times over seven days. During this grace period your workspace remains fully functional. If all retries fail, your workspace is downgraded to the Free plan and you receive an email notification with instructions to update your payment method.
