Managing Team Members
Inviting Members
To invite a new team member, go to Settings > Team and click Invite. Enter their email address and select a role. The invitee receives an email with a link to join your workspace. Pending invitations expire after 7 days and can be resent from the same page.
You can invite up to the number of seats included in your plan. If you need more seats, upgrade your subscription in the Billing section.
Roles and Permissions
huhu.ai supports three roles: Owner (full access including billing and danger-zone settings), Admin (manage projects, team members, and API keys), and Member (create and view projects but cannot change workspace settings). Choose the most restrictive role that still allows the person to do their job.
Role changes take effect immediately and the affected member is notified by email.
Removing Members
Click the three-dot menu next to any team member and select Remove. Their access is revoked immediately. Any API keys they created are also deactivated. Projects they owned are reassigned to the workspace Owner.
Audit Log
Every team action -- invitations, role changes, removals, and API key creation -- is recorded in the Audit Log under Settings > Security. Logs are retained for 90 days on Pro plans and 1 year on Enterprise plans.
