Upgrading & Downgrading

How to Upgrade

Go to Settings > Billing > Plan and click Upgrade next to the plan you want. Enter or confirm your payment method and click Confirm. The new plan takes effect immediately and you gain instant access to the higher limits and features.

Annual billing is available at a 20% discount compared to monthly billing.

Proration and Credits

When you upgrade mid-cycle, you are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period. Any unused credits from your previous plan are forfeited, and the new plan's full monthly credit allowance becomes available immediately.

Downgrading Your Plan

To downgrade, select a lower-tier plan on the same Billing page. The downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle, so you retain access to premium features until then. Make sure your projected usage fits within the new plan's limits to avoid overage charges.

If you have more team seats than the lower plan allows, you will need to remove members before the downgrade takes effect.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your workspace remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it reverts to the Free plan. All projects and data are preserved, but generation limits will be reduced to the Free tier allowance.
